BioI started this blog to document my voyage, once again, to becoming vegan.
I can feel that my health, mental and physical, is worsening with age, and I know it's related to diet. Almost one year ago tomorrow, July 4th, I went vegan for the first time. Cheese did me in after a week. Back then, going vegan, then eventually becoming vegetarian, was due in large part to the movie Earthlings and a speech by a Dr. Kaplan. I'm trying to find the link.
I tend to believe that humans were not meant to eat dairy, not in this time of our history when so many other options are available.
I went back to meat eventually, and ate it sporadically here and there, but I am tired of being tired all the time.
I'm trying again. Starting tomorrow, July 1st, 2008. Vegan. I will need support.
This time, I have a whole day to research.
